Da' Nielle Veasey, CEO and founder of UBME Business Consulting and Marketing FirmFrom Entertainer to Business Consulting Powerhouse

In 2007 Founder and CEO Da’Nielle Veasey decided to “drop the mic” from pursuing a music career in exchange for a business suit and put to use her Business degree and Associate’s in Marketing, to launch UBME Business Consulting and Marketing Firm.

She created the ultimate brand solution for small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Over the last 7 years, Veasey’s firm has proven to be versatile, able to adapt services to various corporate and entertainment environments. Under her leadership, UBME has earned the reputation of being business savvy and dependable.

Veasey’s primary goal for the growing firm is to be the most sought after company that aligns business, products and services with an emphasis on company branding. Based on the belief that customers’ needs are of the highest importance, UBME Business Consulting and Marketing Firm specializes in “keeping your business in the spotlight” with all the resources and innovations of larger firms but designed to fit any budget.

In just a few short years Da’Nielle Veasey has created an impressive dent in the marketing and business industries. With such a wide range of services offered, Veasey has had the pleasure of working with some of Dallas’ most elite and prominent business owners, CEOs, leaders and venues.

Originally setting her sights on the entertainment industry, UBME came about as Veasey pursued a singing and acting career. During this time she observed the business side of entertainment- the investment and time it took to market, promote and brand herself as an entertainer. She began creating her own album covers, flyers, business cards, and website. People took notice and inquired after who created her promotional items, and through this she eventually formed business relationships. She dived into promoting and creating and eventually became a proficient in the industry, gaining even more recognition for her work.

A while after setting aside her singing career to focus on her newfound passion in consulting, Veasey found her way back to the mic as a radio personality on the “Deuce and Soundz Show” of Fishbowl Radio Network and delivered the best in daily news, and celebrity gossip with her segment. She currently hosts a new radio show entitled the “Bosses Brunch,” providing valuable tips and tricks of the trade to business owners and entrepreneurs.

To add to her repertoire, Veasey is the co-partner of Quality Events Dallas, a marketing and promotions company that hosts and sponsors one of Dallas’ most longest-running Comedy Show series along with a host of other events from poetry shows, to open mic contests, to celebrity bowl-a-thons and basketball games.

With her knowledge of the entertainment world, it was only natural for Veasey to eventually manage one of Dallas’ best and most profound solo artists–”Nina E.” and also one of Dallas’ longest performing and most sought after bands–N’Tense the Band.

Considered to be very genuine and easygoing, Veasey’s favorite quote is “I am who I am” and she is known for her comedic and forthright personality. She has a love for giving and enjoys volunteering with the North Texas Food Bank, the Scottish Rite Hospital, the Annual Muscular Dystrophy Summer Camps for Special Needs Children. A self professed “food lover,” she thoroughly relishes in eating, spending time with family and friends, reading, writing in her journals and of course singing.

Writing in her journals has lead Veasey to start on her first publications- a book of motivational “power thoughts” along with a novel that chronicles her move from the stage to behind a desk and all it takes to being a successful business owner. She has proven to be an expert in her field, speaking at events on the importance of “branding on a budget” one of the many issues that entrepreneurs may face.

Veasey states that her personal goal is to be “known as a force to be reckoned with” by always evolving and keeping on trends in the industry.  You can expect to see and hear major moves coming from Da’Nielle Veasey and UBME Business Consulting and Marketing Firm.
